This house is 2700sf and the interior is laid out to include 4-bedrooms and two full baths. All of the features of the construction were chosen to create an eco-friendly house. Cast concrete walls, exposed concrete floors, spray foam insulation, and proper use of ceiling fans in each occupied room. THe back porch is full width and screened in for outdoor dining and seating.
