This house is only 1700sf but the interior is laid out to include 4-bedrooms and two full baths. All of the features of the construction were chosen to create an eco-friendly house. Cast concrete walls, exposed concrete floors, spray foam insulation, and proper use of ceiling fans in each occupied room.
